Endophytic fungi in wheat roots one month after inoculation. Ceratobasidium sp. 2015/1 (a) mostly grows extra-radically, only with few hyphae penetrating the epidermis. Tulasnella sp. 2016/7 (b) and Tulasnella 2016/11 (c) form monilioid cells inside plant cortical or epidermal tissue. Stained with trypan blue in lactoglycerol.
