Intrahepatic migration inhibitory factor (MIF) expression is associated with progression of NASH in mice and human. (A) Expression of Mif mRNA in total liver tissue of wild-type (WT) mice which were fed with the methionine- and choline-deficient diet (MCD) diet for 8 weeks compared to standard chow-fed mice was measured by qRT-PCR (n = 6 per group).
