Expression of NKT cell marker correlates with fibrosis markers of patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis. Correlation analyses of mRNA expression level in NASH patient samples were performed by qRT-PCR analysis. There were 22 human samples from liver resections with different stages of steatosis and fibrosis analyzed. (A) NKT-associated FASL expression was correlated with ACTA2 (left panel) and TGF-β (right panel) expression.
