Baicalin reduced the expression of the adhesion molecules ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 in aortas: (a) Western blot analysis of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1, (b) relative mRNA levels of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 were detected by qRT-PCR.
