1.RTC with the death of another passenger in the same vehicle 2.RTC with injection of casualty from vehicle 3.RTC with prolonged extrication (>15 min) of casualty from vehicle 4.Pedestrian/Cyclist/Motorcyclist vs Vehicle 5.Fall >2 m/flight of stairs	1.Visual injury to >2 body regions (head/neck/chest/abdomen/pelvis/long bones) 2.Hard sign of vascular injury (expanding hematoma, deep laceration over arterial course) 3.Hard signs of spinal card injury	1.GCS <12 or intubated or surgical airway 2.Systolic BP < 90 mmHg in the ED 3.Respiratory rate <10 or >30 per minute 4.Pulse >120 bpm in the ED 5.Age >65 years 6.Warfarinised patient
