In pyruvate plus malate (5-5 mM) supported mitochondria myxothiazol (1 µM) (A,C) or antimycin A (0.3 µM) (B,D) was applied for inhibiting of complex III. In (E), in the absence of inhibitors, buffer or MB was added. Representative original traces are shown in panels A and B.
