Standard curves obtained from experimental binary mixtures (raw peeled walnut samples in corn flour), analyzed with the Alertox® walnut ELISA kit (■) and the multimeric scFv ELISA (●). Protein extracts were prepared according to directions of each method and diluted 1:25 (ELISA kit) or 1:100 (scFv ELISA) in PBS for comparison.
