PRS was generated by summing the number of the risk alleles in the collagen type XVII alpha 1 chain (COL17A1) rs805698, epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) rs1861003, and matrix metalloproteinase 16 (MMP16) rs6469206. a PRS ≤ 1, low PRS; 2–3 PRS, medium PRS; PRS ≥ 4, high PRS.
