Intrathecal administered cilnidipine alleviates mechanical pain hypersensitivity after nerve injury. (A) Cilnidipine (100 ng/10 μL) or vehicle (phosphate-buffered saline, 10 μL) was intrathecally administered to rats on day 7 post-PNI (n = 9, ### p < 0.001 vs. pre, * p < 0.05, *** p < 0.001 vs. vehicle). (B) A daily intrathecal of cilnidipine (100 ng/10 μL) or vehicle (phosphate-buffered saline, 10 μL) was administered from day 1 to day 7 to rats after nerve injury.
