(A): Levels of BCL2 and BAX proteins in sensitive and resistant cell lines as determined by Western blot analysis. The cells were incubated for 72 h in growth medium in the absence or presence of AZA or DAC in a CO₂ incubator. The results of 24 and 48 h of incubation are shown in Supplementary file Figures S4 and S5. AZA or DAC was added to the cultivation medium every 24 h. The level of GAPDH was used as an internal control. The data are representative of three independent measurements.
