(A) Immunoblot detection of ubiquitin conjugates (Ubn) in MEFs treated with PS nanoplastics at the indicated concentration for 1 day with or without sodium azide pretreatment to block endocytosis. β-Actin (β-Act) was used as a loading control. (B) MEFs were treated with 100 nm PS nanoplastics at the indicated concentration for 1 day with or without sodium azide pretreatment to block endocytosis.
