Correlations between p-tau Thr181 in the anterior cortical regions and hippocampus with behavioral measures in the elevated zero maze. P-tau Thr181 levels were previously determined by Western blotting with the antibody AT270 [21] at 40 weeks after blast exposure and correlated with behavioral measures previously found affected in the elevated zero maze in the same blast-exposed rats at 30 weeks following blast exposure [80]. Distance traveled (move distance, a–d) and time spent in the open arms (open arm time, e, f) are shown for the left anterior cortex (a), right anterior cortex (b), left hippocampus (c, e) and right hippocampus (d, f).
