Logistic regression analysis: model 1 was adjusted for age, sex, PC1–10, obesity, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, CAD, BMI, education, smoking, and genotyping array. Model 2 was adjusted for the same variables as model 1 with additional adjustment for serum HDL-cholesterol levels.
