Site-specific glycan analysis. Quantification of site-specific glycan occupancy and composition derived from liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry experiments on all 29 potential N-glycosylation sites (PNGS). The tables show the glycoforms found at each PNGS. Compositions corresponding to oligomannose/hybrid-type glycans are colored green, and fully processed complex type glycans are colored magenta. PNGS with no attached glycan are colored gray. Oligomannose-type glycans are categorized according to the number of mannose residues present, hybrid-type glycans are categorized according to the presence/absence of fucose, and complex-type glycans are categorized according to the number of processed antennas and the presence/absence of fucose.
