Kaplan-Meier analysis of the probability of survival over time for patients with wild-type transthyretin amyloidosis. The median survival from diagnosis was 3.80 years (95% confidence interval 2.24–5.36). The overall survival rate of the cohort at 1, 2, and 5 years after diagnosis was 79%, 68%, and 34%, respectively.
