Differences between the groups were analysed using Mann–Whitney test or One-Way ANOVA test for continuous variables and Chi-square test or Fisher Exact test for categorical variables. Severities and comorbidities were considered as described by Chen et al. 46 and following the CIRS classification. Neg. Time represents the time between the first positive nasopharyngeal SARS-CoV 2 test and the last negative test.
