Effect of heat stress on expression of different HSP70 isoforms in CEM-GFP cells. CEM-GFP cells were given heat shock at 42 °C for 30 minutes and the cells were harvested immediately without any recovery time or after a recovery time of 2 hours at 37 °C. Modulation in mRNA expression of different HSP70 isoforms was determined by using qRT-PCR (a) without recovery time and (b) with recovery time of 2 hours at 37 °C.
