Compound 68 reduced LPS-induced TNF-α secretion. Human lymphoblasts were exposed to LPS (1 µg/mL) with or without 68 (10 µM) pretreatment for 2 h, then kept treatment for 72 h. The supernatants of culture media from each group were collected and subjected to ELISA to detect TNF-α.
