Confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) analyses on mice tissue sections. Representative images of tumor from Naïve and IDLV-OVA mice are shown. Tissue sections 8 µm thick were stained for MHC Class I (green), OVA (green), or CD3 (red) as indicated (left columns) and for DAPI as nuclear staining (blue, right columns).
