Antitumor efficacy of lentiviral vectors expressing either murine or human TRP2. (a) Scheme of the experiment. C57BL/6 mice (n = 9–11) were immunized with vectors expressing TRP2, OVA (Mock) or left untreated. After 30 days all mice were s.c. injected with 5 × 10⁴ B16F10 cells/mouse. (b) Tumor growth was monitored over time. All groups developed a tumor mass measured until the end of the experiment. Mock and Naïve groups were sacrificed within 32 days from tumor injection.
