The 2D-CON of IDR1-NTD-IDR2 construct of the SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein. The high resolution provided by this experiment allows us to easily resolve resonances in the usually very crowded Gly-region (upper squared region) and to directly observe correlations involving proline residues (lower squared region). In the expansion shown in the center of the map the resolution of several repeating fragments comprising asparagine residues can be appreciated (the assignment reported is referred to the amide nitrogen of the mentioned amino acid). The spectrum was acquired on a 16.4 T Bruker AVANCE NEO spectrometer operating at 700.06 MHz ¹H, 176.05 MHz ¹³C, and 70.97 MHz ¹⁵N frequencies, equipped with a 5 mm cryogenically cooled probehead optimized for ¹³C direct detection (TXO)
