The development of a wide range of autoimmune diseases stemming from all seven Baltimore classifications of viruses. Baltimore classifications for viruses are from Mahmoudabadi and Phillips [80]. The development of RA after Chikungunya virus infection is described by Tanay [81], T1D after the mumps virus by Ramondetti et al. [82], Sjögren’s syndrome after HTLV-I by Quaresma et al. [83] and autoimmune diseases after HBV by Maya et al. [84]. The development of GBS after SARS-CoV-2 infection is described by Rahimi [85] and MFS and KD/KDSS after SARS-CoV-2 by Ehrenfeld et al.
