A. Summary of the structural details, anti-HIV activity and cytotoxicity data for SGDs 13–16 and positive assay controls, dextran sulfate (DS) and the HIV neutralizing antibody cocktail, CH01–31. B. Thermophoresis response of labeled gp120 (100 nM) in the presence of Compounds 13–16. The change in normalized fluorescence (y-axis) indicates a weak signal with increasing SGD concentration for all four compounds. This suggest a weak or negligible binding interaction with gp120 relative to the positive control, dextran sulfate (DS). For the DS control, a Kd value of 0.52 nM was obtained from this analysis.
