Effects of Y27632 on endothelial function after CCI. (A) Representative bands and quantitative analysis of the expressions of occludin, VE-cadherin, claudin-5, and ZO-1 at 24 h after CCI. Y27632 preserved the expression levels of occludin, ZO-1, and VE-cadherin (p < 0.05), rather than claudin-5 (p > 0.05). (B) Representative bands and quantitative analysis of the expressions of endothelial molecules at 72 h after CCI. The endothelial molecules from isolated microvessels were analyzed. The protein levels of VCAM-1, ICAM-1, and CD99 were significantly suppressed by Y27632 treatment (p < 0.05).
