CD39 and CD73 ectonucleotidases are upregulated during an in vivo immune response. Naive OT-I cells (106 cells) were injected into CD45.1+ recipient mice. 24 h later, the recipient mice were immunized i.p with OVA protein (500 μg) + LPS (25 μg). Transferred cells were analyzed in blood samples on days 4, 7, 12, 21, and 28 after the immunization.
