In vitro kinase assay with Fu and CK1 followed by detection with phospho-specific antibodies

In vitro kinase assay using purified CC-Fu^EE and/or recombinant CK1 as kinases and GST-fusion substrates containing either CiN (A) or CiC (B) fragment with the indicated amino acid sequence. Phosphorylation was detected by western blot using the indicated phospho-specific antibodies. GST-fusion proteins were visualized by Coomassie blue gel staining (CB).
