Wild type “empty” and super-enhancer deleted SE EL-4 clones were stimulated (PMA/ionomycin, 6 h). Total RNA was isolated and submitted to RNA sequencing. Forty differentially expressed genes were found with the DESeq2 algorithms (34), which could be grouped to three categories based on similarities in genomic localization, holding FURIN target sequence or their common relation to IFNγ.
