Serine 12 in the TAD of TAp63γ is crucial to Pin1‐mediated stimulation. (A) Saos‐2 cells were transfected with a mixture of Bax‐Luc and TK‐Renilla plus indicated plasmids. S12A, S12A mutant TAp63γ.
