NMN alleviates decreased viability of bEnd.3 cells induced by H₂O₂. A‐B. bEnd.3 cells were exposed to different times (12, 24, 48 h) and various concentrations of H₂O₂ (0, 500, 700, 800, 900 µm) and NMN (50, 100, 300, 500 µm) for 24 h. C. NMN pretreated cells with 800 µm H₂O₂ to induce damage. Results are expressed as means ± SD and are representative of three independent experiments.
