Hsp90 was detected in sperm lysates using western blotting and Co-IP with non-immune rabbit IgG or antibodies against p38. No interaction was observed between non-immune rabbit IgG and Hsp90, whereas there was a clear interaction between Hsp90 and p38 that was significantly disrupted by 17-AAG. b.
