For all algorithms, best Overall scoring result were listed. According to this, for MRtrix algorithms, step sizes were 0.6 mm, 0.45 mm, 1.125 mm, 0.15 mm and angles were 60°, 30°, 30°, 30° for SD_STREAM, iFOD1, iFOD1 (-rk4) and iFOD2 algorithms respectively. For the proposed algorithm, step size, probe length and radius were 0.03 mm, 1 mm and 1.5 mm respectively. For all algorithms, FOD amplitude constraint (fmin for the proposed approach) was 0.0075.
