The IC50 for PTX (mM) was determined by the SRB assay after treatment with the drug for 24, 48, 72, and 96 h. Resistance ratios (Rr) were calculated as the IC50 values of the resistant cell line/IC50 value of the parental cell line. Each value is the mean ± Standard Deviation (SD) of three independent experiments, each performed in triplicate. Pa, Parental cells; CIS-Rb, CIS-Resistant cells.
