Table gives the adjusted odds ratios of being a severe clinical case (CSS ) by coinfection status (more than 1 detection), RCP (yes/no), per year of age, Male sex (male vs. female), smoking in the home (yes/no), attending daycare (yes/no), breastfeeding status (yes/no), and socioeconomic status (SES; low and middle vs. high). The model is additionally adjusted for calendar year and month of year.
Estimates displayed in bold face indicate statistical significance (p<0.05).
