Administration of a FITC-labelled Dextran solution demonstrated the position of trapped MSCs in the pulmonary vasculature. Detection of FITC-labelled Dextran almost immediately after administration indicated that the MSCs were located in the post-arterial but not pre-venular capillaries (A).
