(C) Western blot analysis of indicated proteins (p53, p21, p-STAT3, STAT3, β-actin) in BMCs of WT and IL-6 KO mice fed with SD or HFD for 12 weeks. The expression of p53 and p21 was normalized against β-actin, and the expression of p-STAT3 was normalized against STAT3. Quantitative analysis with Image J software was shown on the right panel. Data were expressed as mean ± SD.
