The guidance of semi-structured interview
| I am the PhD candidate student of Health Management in Iran University of Medical Sciences. My study title is “the design of a pattern to use Volunteer Clinical Forces (VCF) in Tehran’s hospitals.” Hence, I follow this goal through this aim. Before interview, it is necessary to notice following points |
| 1. This is a research interview and is solely related to collecting data of present thesis. The format and goal of this interview is absolutely different from ordinary journalistic interviews |
| 2. Based on your permission, the content of your statements, questions, and answers will be kept to transcribe and insert the data into data analysis software |
| 3. You can continue interview as far as you like. Your statements are surely kept confidential. You are given a “participant code” which only research team know that who’s this code is. In all analyses, you are mentioned just by your code |
