Exacerbation of mechanical allodynia and upregulation of DRG Piezo2 expression by selective activation of Epac1 or NR2B in normal mice. Normal mice were randomly divided into three groups (n=8/group) and received intrathecal (i.t.) saline (5 µl) and NMDA (1 nmol/5 µl), or intraplantar saline (5 µl) and 8-pCPT (12.5 nmol/5 µl), respectively.
