(a) Axial post-contrast T ₁W MR image shows hypointense, peripherally enhancing mass lesion (arrow) highly concerning for metastasis which was subsequently confirmed with ultrasound-guided percutaneous biopsy. (b) As this lesion was the only radiologically detectable lesion (arrow), ultrasound-guided percutaneous RF ablation was performed (arrowhead).
