The personal interpretative framework (Kelchtermans 2009). The Personal Interpretative Framework develops from the continuous interaction between mentors and their professional working context. It consists of two dimensions: professional self-understanding and subjective educational theory, which consistently interact, as indicated by the double-headed arrows.
