Training and testing area under the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve (AUC) with 95% confidence intervals (CI) for predicting which patients would not achieve disease free survival at 1 year using change in blood flow (BF) + percent change in volume (volume) for 36 pre- and post-induction therapy tumors. BF was estimated within Radiologist 1′s defined regions by vendor’s software, percent volume change was calculated with computer or Radiologist 1 or Radiologist 2′s manual segmented contours as labeled in column 1.
