(A and B) The 104 patients with severe COVID-19 were divided into 5 groups by age (under 40 years, 41–50 years, 51–60 years, 61–70 years, and over 70 years). RBD-, S-, and N-IgG levels of each group at the acute (A) and the convalescent (B) phases were shown according to normalized AUC values. The P value among different groups was calculated by ANOVA analysis; P > 0.05, no significant difference.
