Placement of strains within trials. Numbers represent number of pens for that strain within the trial. The ideal was four pens in each of three trials. This did not occur for five strains due to availability (A, E, M, T) or hatchability (G, T). Strains E and G ultimately had 12 pens in total due to either more pens in one trial (E) or representation in an additional trial (G).
