Define Sublethal Doses of H₂O₂. HeLa cells were treated with the dose of H₂O₂ as indicated for 10 min before changing medium to fresh DMEM with 0.5% FBS. After 4 hours of culture, cell morphology was recorded by fixing cells and staining with Coomassie blue (A). Cell viability or metabolic activity was measure by CCK-8 as described in the Methods.
