Foliar parts of T₄ generation TaCSN5‐Ri8 and TaCSN5‐Ri10 lines inoculated with Pst isolate CYR31 (a), CYR32 (b), CYR34 (c), and CYR29 (d). Ratio of fungal to wheat nuclear DNA content determined using the contents of fungal Pst EF1 and wheat TaEF‐1α genes, respectively.
