The relationship between CA12 and clinicopathological factors in CGGA and CGGA 2019 databases. High CA12 mRNA levels significantly associated with WHO IV grade (A and F), IDH1 wildtype DNA status (B and G) and tumors without 1p/19q chromosome arm co-deletion (C and H). CA12 mRNA levels are upregulated in tumors carrying methylated MGMT promoter region (significantly for CGGA) (D and I). CA12 mRNA is significantly upregulated in most aggressive mesenchymal subtype of GBM (E and J).
