LC/MS–MS analysis in decellularized subcutaneous adipose tissue from WT and KO mice. Comparison between (B) biological processes, and (C) molecular functions signaling pathways showed that WT and KO ECM had differences in the “binding” and “response to stimulus” signaling pathways. Proteins were quantified using the exponentially modified protein abundance index (emPAI), which relates the number of unique peptides observed for a specific protein to the number of observable peptides in the sample. n = 3 biological samples with 3 technical replicates. The significance threshold was set at p < 0.05, with a False Discovery Rate of 5% using ANOVA.
