(A) Heterologous Fibrin Sealant Package with the three bottles. Diluent vial (white stripe) containing 0.6 mL of calcium chloride; Fraction 1 vial (red stripe) containing 0.4 mL of serine protease extracted from the venom of Crotalus durissus terrificus; Fraction 2 vial (black stripe) containing 1 mL of cryoprecipitate rich in fibrinogen and coagulation factors extracted from buffaloes.
