DC activation by LOAd viruses

DCs infected by LOAd viruses were analyzed with flow cytometry at day 2 post-infection (n = 3). The fold change of markers expressed by LOAd-infected DCs against uninfected DCs (set as 1) is shown. Asterisks on bars with no straight line are significant changes compared with uninfected DCs. Statistical significances were evaluated using a Kruskal-Wallis test with a Dunn’s multiple comparison test. A p value of <0.05 was considered significant. ∗p ≤ 0.05, ∗∗p ≤ 0.01.
