DC activation by exosomes

Exosomes derived from Mel526 cells infected with LOAd viruses were used to stimulate DCs. DCs were analyzed at day 2 post-stimulation with flow cytometry (n = 3). Fold change markers after stimulation by exosomes against unstimulated DCs are shown. Statistical significance was evaluated using a Kruskal-Wallis test with a Dunn’s multiple comparison test. A p value of <0.05 was considered significant. ∗p ≤ 0.05. Error bars represent standard error and median values are displayed in the graphs.
