PAG-2 inhibits cell proliferation and migration in vitro. (A) The expression level of PAG-2 in porcine conceptus at days 9, 12, and 15 of pregnancy. (B) Transfection efficiency of PAG-2 overexpression was determined by PCR. (C) The cell viability of PTr2 cells was applied by CCK-8 assay. (D) EDU staining assay was performed to determine the cell proliferation changes after PAG-2 overexpression. (E) Wound healing assay for the evaluation of migration of PTr2 cells.
